BBQ Sliders
1lb of ground sausage
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
Pinch of Salt and Pepper
Blues Hog BBQ sauce
Dill pickle chips
Sweet or Vidalia Onion
Hawaiian rolls
Mix the seasoning into the ground sausage
Pack the Rib Sammy mold with the seasoned meat
Throw it in the freezer for at least 15 minutes to firm up. They can be stored as long as you want in the freezer for future use.
Slice you onions while waiting
When the meat is firmed up throw the patties on a hot grill. Cook for 4 mins before turning. When you flip begin to sauce the patties to get that nice charred sauce flavor. 
When the patties are done slice them in half and put your sliders together.
